Is the plan good enough for the property portals?

Yes. It exports as a PDF and as an image, in metres and feet with room names, areas and the total floor area, with your logo — the format the portals and your listing software take.

Which iPhone do I need?

An iPhone Pro or Pro Max from the 12 Pro onwards, or an iPad Pro with LiDAR. Standard iPhones can draw a plan by hand in the app but not scan one.

How long does a three-bed take?

About a minute a room, so usually ten to fifteen minutes including tidying up, on the same visit as the valuation photos.

Can I add furniture?

Yes — a furniture layer for listings, switched off for the measured plan if a surveyor needs it.

Does it do the inventory too?

Yes. The same walk-round gives you the check-in inventory with photos and the tenant's signature — see the inventory page.

What does it cost?

Every account gets 2 projects free, no card. Surveyor is £39.99 a month including VAT for 15 plans; the first 100 accounts pay £24.99 for their first 3 months. Lettings teams can take Inventory on its own at £29.99 (founding £19.99); the listing plan needs Surveyor.
