Who is the Team plan for?

Companies of 2–49 people doing EPCs, retrofit assessments, heat-pump or solar surveys — one office portal, a seat per surveyor and cheaper seats for office staff.

Do surveyors need their own subscription?

No. A surveyor seat (£39) includes the app and every survey module; projects are pooled so a quiet surveyor's allowance covers a busy one.

Can office staff use the portal without the app?

Yes — an office seat (£15) is portal only: jobs board, estimates, invoices, chasing, reports. No projects attached.

Does the estimate really build itself?

Issues the surveyor pins on the plan are matched to your price book, so the estimate and scope of work are drafted in your branding before the surveyor is back in the van. You check it and send.

How is it priced?

£49 a month for the company portal, plus £39 per surveyor seat and £15 per office seat. From £103 a month for one of each; 50+ people is Enterprise. Prices include VAT.
